USA Shipping

We use the United States Postal Service as our shipping carrier so we can save you money in any way we can. Therefore, our shipping rates are very reasonable. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, distance, and shape of the package. We offer First Class Mail for orders weighing 13 oz or under, and USPS Priority Mail for heavier packages and for customers who wish to have a tracking number. We also offer USPS Second Day and Next Day services for those who want faster and guaranteed delivery times. All orders are processed and shipped from our facility within 2 business days, ensuring a timely delivery of all your packages.

USA Transit Times and Cost

First Class shipments arrive in 1-3 business days. Cost is based on weight and shape of the package. USPS Priority Mail shipments arrive in 1-3 business days, and cost is based on weight, shape, and distance. USPS Second Day and Express Mail items are delivered by noon or 3:00 p.m. the next day, or noon or 3:00 p.m. the second day. Cost is based on weight and distance.

USA PO Boxes and APO/FPO Shipping

We do ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses but, due to USPS guidelines, we can only use USPS Priority Mail.

Alaska & Hawaii

Orders to Alaska & Hawaii are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. Please note that, due to shipping rates, shipping charges will be higher to these States. Transit time is 2-3 business days, but may be longer during busy seasons.

Orders that are $75 or more and shipped to a United States postal address receive free shipping!

International Shipments

We currently ship via USPS Priority Mail (with tracking numbers) to the following countries: Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guadalupe, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxemburg, Malta, Martinique, Mexico, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Reunion, San Marino, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, and The Vatican.

Please note, to ship to these countries, you must pay via PayPal. All orders are shipped from Element Tea within 2 business days. USPS Transit time is between 6-10 business days, but times may be longer during busy seasons.
