Pai Mu Tan leaves are plucked from a particular variety of tea bush called Narcissus or chaicha bushes. Only exceptional ‘two leaves and a bud’ are selected. The leaves are not steamed or pan-fired, instead they are naturally withered and dried in the sun, thus producing a delicate and subtle, sweet flavor.

This product is only sold in 2oz quantities due to this being a large leaf tea. Since 2 ounces fills a 4oz pouch, we suggest using double the amount of tea for brewing a stronger cup.
