HOW DOES ELEMENT TEA ENSURE OUR INFORMATION IS SAFE AND SECURE?

We collect credit card information when you place an order, and use it solely to process your order. We use industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to ensure that your payment information is kept confidential. You may visually verify that the site is secure by looking for the closed lock icon at the bottom of your browser.

All of our visitors' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. And these employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices.

We will never ask for your credit card information via email or any online chat program. If someone contacts you asking for credit card information claiming to be from Element Tea, please contact us directly at info@elementtea.com to advise us of the circumstances.
